A note on the 5am times, from 5am – 5:30am is for experienced members only, instruction will begin at the 5:30 time slot.
The first portion of the workout consists of 3 rounds of accessory work. These are warming up and strengthening the muscles we will utilize throughout the rest of class.
Throughout the middle portion, we will focus on our large lifts. We combine both Olympic lifting and powerlifting. Olympic lifts are: Cleans, Snatches and Jerks. Powerlifting is: Squats, Bench and Deadlifts.
This is the fun part of the day. This is the portion where we get some cardio in. Each day there is a different workout, no two days are ever the same.
